Brand Manager

Allium UPI, part of Magnum Group (Estonia), is expanding our odontology and oral care portfolio. We’re looking for a Brand Manager who can take ownership of Elgydium and Eludril, build smart marketing plans, and execute them.

What you will drive
• Local marketing strategy and execution for oral care brands (Elgydium, Eludril, others).
• Launches, campaigns, and content aligned with international guidelines.
• Collaboration with dentists, KOLs, clinics, pharmacies, and professional events.
• Sales plans, forecasts, targets, and category growth initiatives.
• Cross work with Sales, Market Access, and Medical teams. Reporting to CEO.

What we expect as you
• 2 to 3+ years of marketing experience in oral care, pharma, OTC, or healthcare, launch experience matters.
• Strong market understanding and confidence working with KOLs and key customers in Life Sciences area.
• Lithuanian and English fluency, strong ownership mentality, leadership.
• To be ambitious.
